Timbuk2 Wingman Travel Backpack Review: Why I won’t be traveling with it

The Wingman by Timbuktu is a great value (I found one for $90 online) and thought it was worth giving it a shot.

There were a few things that stood out as definite detractors: The weight of the flap where the tablet and laptop go, the size of the laptop pocket, and the lack of internal organization.

While the review is great, your camera angle sucks. I hope in future videos this something that you can fix.

so if you are not carrying a laptop or ipad, would u recommend the bag. Im going to Japan for only over a week in November

Nama Hage says:

Thanks for the review. I am interested in this bag, although I am a little concerned it would be hard to carry if it was full. Coud you tell us how much padding there is on the back, please?

Kyle Williams says:

Out of curiosity, what did you end up with?
