For the temple pants, do you need to buy those specific pants or are jeans/skirts appropriate? Also, is that just for women or men as well?

Annie Evie says:

Do you really need temple pants specifically for temples of could you just wear the long jeans instead?

I’m traveling USA for 3 months, I’ve been told the best travel bag to use is a back pack instead of rolling suitcase, but is it casual attire in states? I’m thinking sweats/trackies while traveling pair a jeans, a coat and something decent for a night out, what would you recommend??

Love your videos but I have to agree that is a lot of stuff (I usually wear my fanciest outfit during transit skinny jeans/boots/top/sweater). My preferred backpack is the Outdoor Products Traverse. I am moving this time so that backpack and my 17inch (15inch + 2 inches for the wheels/handle) and I am still bringing less clothing though my backpack will be a bit heavier as I am bringing important papers that I need as it would be hard for me to get copies of unless I go back to my home state, my laptop, and my portable hard drive.

AddaGirl says:

Can i bring a 1 person tent and sleeping bag in a carry on duffle bag for Indonesia and Australia, also a hammock?
