Tactical Survival Kit: A-TACS MOLLE Belt Review

After procrastinating for nearly a year, I finished my bare bones MOLLE survival belt. The foundation for this rig is the A-TACS Battle Belt provided courtesy of Tactic World. The rest of the MOLLE rig is a mash up of various pouches and gear designed for short term survival situations.

As you guys know, I always start out with the survival essentials, shelter, fire, etc and then proceed to build on that foundation.

Since the video was filmed, I’ve added a butt pack, poncho and folding saw. Hit me up in the comments with your suggestions!

Nice kit! I like the fact that you can adjust the belt length. Also Pentagon products are good quality but a bit expensive. Keep up the good work!

Hugh Regidor says:

Great to see you enjoying my old home state. Hope you got to see some bald eagles on your hike. Nice to see I’m not the only one that has more than one belt rig. I carry a modern butt pack that bigger cause living up here in the Pacific Northwest I carry rain gear everywhere I go (at least a poncho) and one of those emergency candle w/holder. I place it between my legs in the poncho. You can’t believe how much heat those 12 hr candles put out.

Scorpion Sunday says:

Great Belt, pricey at $75 but I still want to get it. Keep the great videos coming. Cheers!

MASK Tactical says:

sevenrayz says:

Like your kit! I would get some paracord and some kind of cover in there. Something light weight like an SOL bivy.

justalurkr says:

if I may ask, what are the dimensions of those pouches? I’ve got a 511 belt & am trying to figure out what to put on it.

mike simpson says:

Do you have any idea what the max waist size is. It doesn’t tell on the web sight
