Trust me – Do NOT order from this company if you value your money. I ignored too many reviews saying that their items were never received or were received MONTHS after the buyer was charged for the product. Now Eric, the owner, is avoiding taking responsibility for the issues with my order – I was charged in full seven weeks ago and in that time he’s only barely responded to contacts and when he does it’s only to try to place the blame on me for not receiving the product or contacts. I provided him phone number, two different email addresses and plenty of opportunities and he finally contacted me back to say that clearly it was my address that was the issue (guys, I receive so many packages at my place it’s UNREAL, and it’s a completely normal house address in a small city). He’s rude, unprofessional, and will not take responsibility for his product or actions. Choose another vendor – there are a lot of them.
I really wish my attempt to help support a small/startup business hadn’t been so taken-advantage-of… Live and learn, I guess.
