Stay FAR AWAY from Merax Luggage company! This company advertised that they had a certain color luggage, but I was contacted by the company, saying they don’t have that color. I was told I can choose another color, including black color, but color black wasn’t even a choice to choose on online section. And when I saw with the tracking number that it had arrived, I could not find the luggage at my place. I called FedEx and learned after talking to at least two different workers that the company did NOT put my name on the package and did put totally wrong address on the package. The package was suppose to be delivered on the 2-15-19 and I did not get it. The FedEx worker REFUSED to delivered the package to me that night. I also learned that FedEx left my package outside some place else and they won’t tell me where it is. The FedEx worker told me that they might not deliver it to me until 2-19-19! I contacted the company but haven’t heard nothing yet. Buyers BEWARE!
